autotrade360 is an online venue where private sellers and car dealers advertise vehicles for sale, and buyers browse, filter, save and compare them, then write to the seller directly. Cars can be advertised today; the other kinds of vehicle open up step by step.

The public marketplace and Studio, the sellers’ workspace, both belong to the provider below.

We do not sell vehicles ourselves and take no part in what a seller and a buyer agree. The rules of the service are in the Terms.

We rely on three providers: a hosting provider holding the applications, the database and the account data; an S3-compatible store for listing pictures; and an email provider delivering the system emails — confirmations, password resets, notifications.

• Email is the quickest way to reach us; write in Hungarian or English.
• The same address is the point of contact for authorities and under the EU regulation on online platforms (DSA).
• We look into every complaint and answer in writing, with reasons, within 30 days at the latest.
• If, as a consumer, you do not accept our answer, you may turn to the conciliation body of your place of residence, the consumer protection authority or a court.

The look, structure, text and graphics of the Website and Studio, the autotrade360 name and logo, and the listing database itself are protected (copyright, database right). Listing descriptions and photos belong to the sellers, who grant us only what showing them takes.

Without our written permission the content may not be downloaded or copied in bulk or by machine, republished elsewhere, or used for text and data mining — training artificial intelligence models included.
